f202600571 dropFileType is now optional when using abracadabra 
* Can be left out or set to 'none'
* Allows doors that do not use a drop file
* Additionally: Clean up drop file upon door exit if one is used

ceeda8b13f Allow default hash tags to be supplied in file areas 
* Supply array or comma separated list of strings via 'hashTags' property
* oputil will use these unless --tags are supplied
* Uploads will default to these tags (but user can override)

4d4be5d6a9 Major progress on revamp 
* Deprecated explicit prompt.hjson/general.promptFile, etc.: menu.hjson can simply include any number of files
* All menus and themes, their events, etc. are managed by ThemeManager allowing includes, refs, etc. and much cleaner code

* Fix up a couple ACS bugs with |value|

ee93035bb8 * Disconnect clients that attempt to login with banned usernames for Telnet as well 
* Slow disconnects to thwart brute force attacks - these names won't exist anyway,
  but we want the attacking client to not DoS us
